“It’s better to regret something you did, than something you did not do.”

I am a final year student in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at Chiang Mai University. I’ve been interested in NGO work relating to migrant workers, the population what is too often overlooked in Thai society. Migrants are often defenceless although they are the same group of people who need help the most. I intended to learn more about their lives in order to understand their problems and struggles in working in Thailand. At the same time, I hope to be able to help them in some ways. Besides, I would love to be part of the NGO work culture and learn practical skills while working with them. I hope that my time with MAP can help me to help others in the future.
